Yes, you can use your cups. However, we recommend contacting us to ensure your cups are compatible with the Barista Bot. The supported cup sizes are as follows:

Hot Drinks: 10oz and 12oz

Cold Drinks: 12oz and 16oz

Please note that some cup models may not be supported. We offer custom logo printing services and other size options upon request.

We use a custom Kiosk app that manages payments and submits orders to our robot automatically. If you’d like to integrate with your existing POS system (e.g., Square, Clover, or Toast), please contact us for more details.

Once the robotics barista is installed at your space, our team will train your staff to ensure smooth operations. We will also provide comprehensive videos and written guides to help you operate and maintain the Barista Bot.
